Provides support for manufacturing processes and leads process improvement efforts. Be customer centered and understand market drivers. Drive process improvements to achieve operational excellence. Mentor and develop staff members within organization. Understand, support and execute the achievement of performance measures on scorecards. Provide resources, planning and budgeting leadership to the organization. Redesign participant. Serve as a member of improvement task forces as assigned. Assist members of other improvement task forces to achieve critical success factors. Develop enhancements to product lines after introduction. Investigate Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and issue Engineering Change Notices (ECN) Play an active role in the pilot run process for all new product introduction and/or enhancements. Supports our Vision and Guiding Principles. Proactively communicates across the organization business issues and opportunities.
