All underpinned by technology created with purpose.Your Role In this role you will play a key role in leading enterprise-wide process transformation initiatives using ServiceNow and Agentic automation across business and IT organizations. Drive strategic automation programs and mentor senior consultants. You will: Lead cross-functional teams in process redesign and optimization. Define automation strategy aligned with business transformation goals. Architect and implement ServiceNow workflows and Agentic automation solutions. Serve as SME for ServiceNow integrations and intelligent automation.
Requirements
- 10+ years in process consulting or management consulting.
- Proven track record in ServiceNow implementation and Agentic automation.
- Experience with UiPath, Celonis and/or SAP Signavio.
- Prior leadership roles in consulting firms.
Nice To Haves
- Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
