Knowledge of quality control systems and process improvement techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics tools such as Excel. Responsibilities

• Process Reviews: conduct thorough reviews of existing processes for efficiency.
• Root Cause Analysis: identify a problem’s root cause and create actionable solutions.
• Improvement Plans: develop plans for improvement and techniques for implementation.
• Lean Manufacturing: implement lean manufacturing principles and/or 5S kaizen principles.
• Data Analysis/Data Driven Problem Solving: analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Cross-Functional Teams: lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Project Management: monitor progress towards goals and regularly update stakeholders on project status.
