The ideal candidate will work from our Jasper, IN headquarters and manufacturing locations.
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Some experience with using CAD systems
- Basic understanding of Lean manufacturing
- Currently enrolled in engineering or technology major
- Must be local to Jasper, IN
- Required to work onsite at the Jasper Corporate Headquarters and manufacturing locations
Responsibilities
- Review manufacturing processes and implement process improvements leveraging Lean manufacturing principles
- Create standard work to document process
- Participate in process improvement events (kaizen)
- Work with Process Engineers on process automation and robotics
