Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with appropriate customers
• Collaborate with customers and determine project specific needs
• Serve as a point of contact for specific customers
• Address questions, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain ongoing communication to build long-term customer relationships
• Coordinate across departments to resolve issues and support on-time delivery
• Support issue resolution and escalate when necessary
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, lead times, and order status
• Assist Sales Director with customer calls and account strategy
• Participate in internal meetings related to project status and customer needs
• Gain proficient knowledge and use of all business support materials and prototype products.
• Understand market position (pricing, product, lead-time)
• Submit Requests for Quote (RFQ)
• Follow-up on quotes to understand new project timelines
• Complete pricelist uploads
