Eli Lilly and Company seeks a Process Engineer (R3-R4) to ensure a safe working environment and improve the safety culture. Take overall responsibility for the safe design and operation of the equipment within the area. Serve as the technical expert of equipment and process which includes clear understanding of equipment flow chart/process flow document, critical process parameters, and master formula instructions for the process. Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve more difficult equipment and operational problems. Utilize formal problem solving techniques, including Root Cause Analysis, to resolve equipment issues. Provide oversight to Maintenance Tech/Engineering Tech(s) that support the area. #LI-DNI Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Technology, or a related STEM field followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience providing process engineering input and approving process engineering specifications within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. The anticipated wage for this position is $128,168.00 per year Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
