Arclin, Inc. is currently looking for a Process Engineer Internship for our
Belle, WV location. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role will be assigned a
project to support improvement of an existing plant challenge and will also
assist process and plant engineers with daily duties in order to gain valuable
insight into on-the-job responsibilities. This position will work closely with
automation, engineering, and safety functions, and will be expected to adhere to
site safety requirements and quality control standards.

Requirements

• Working to complete bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Driven & Eager to learn
• MS Office Skills

Responsibilities

• Asset, Spare, Cost data linking within CMMS
• Minor MOC design and implementation
• Arc Flash model update and asset labeling (for EE)
• Assessment of footprint of current GM-10L-3T pumps to determine necessary modifications to accommodate new LE-X pumps
• Add list of check valves provided by Ops to Fiix; also determine if proper check valves are being used for listed valves
• Investigate load piping at T/W and R/C spots that are causing hose kinking issues; work to resolve these piping issues
• Hose documentation
• Review inspection frequencies provided by Antea and compare against Fiix
• Inspection Brief updates
