practical experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Arclin, Inc. is currently looking for a Process Engineer Intern for our Moncure,
NC location. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role will be assigned a
project to support improvement of an existing plant challenge and will also
assist process and plant engineers with daily duties in order to gain valuable
insight into on-the-job responsibilities. This position will work closely with
automation, engineering, and safety functions, and will be expected to adhere to
site safety requirements and quality control standards.

Requirements

• Working to complete Bachelors’ degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Driven & Eager to learn
• MS Office Skills

Responsibilities

• Utilize skills to develop solutions and implementation plan to improve an existing plant challenge as assigned by on-site mentor
• Support the Process Safety Management (PSM) program through Process Safety Information (PSI) documentation and record compilation
• Work alongside Process Engineers to help maintain consistent quality control for plant production processes.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reviews for any Production or Quality Issues.
• Other duties as assigned
