This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a manufacturing setting, working closely with our process engineering team to improve processes, enhance product quality, and increase efficiency.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering , Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes for cable and wire process .
  • Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, maintenance, and process , to resolve technical issues.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address process challenges.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, including process flow diagrams, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
