You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate process design into manufacturing operations and identify opportunities for process improvement. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You will report directly to our Process Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of our Spokane Valley, WA location. In this role, you will impact the organization by implementing process improvements that drive cost savings, enhance product quality, and increase customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate process design into manufacturing operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct analysis and simulations to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to production teams.
  • Process control (SPC/SQC) and statistical analysis.
