About The Position

SUMMARY OF POSITION Learns and applies organizational processes while developing the ability to break down tooling and understand manufacturing workflows. Supports the team with process-related tasks to build foundational knowledge, technical skills, and practical experience needed for progression within the role.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of progressive responsibility in operations/manufacturing.
Experience demonstrating problem solving abilities and resourcefulness.

Nice To Haves

Highly proficient computer skills
CATIA/CAD experience and/or training
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to interpret blueprints
Basic understanding of standard build principles and practices
Basic knowledge of manufacturing practices including welding, machining, bonding and fastening.
Familiar with manufacturing shop and shop environment and able to communicate and work with a direct work force at all levels.
Basic understanding of GD&T
A demonstrated capability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Excellent planning / organizational skills
Self-starter and highly motivated
Associate’s degree in engineering or related field of study
