About The Position

Process Efficiency Engineer. We are looking for a process efficiency engineer to be the primary driver of commercial fire engineering operational excellence. You will analyze existing engineering processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions to enhance the performance and reliability of engineering operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1+ years with process improvement, reliability engineering, or operational management.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Experience with data analysis tools, process mapping software, and project management platforms (e.g., Jira).
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder management, and leadership skills to drive change.
• Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones is a plus.
• Experience using AI agents to improve efficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overall program engagement across all the commercial fire engineering teams, to identify and log issues and inefficiencies.
• Work with respective teams to conduct deep-dive assessments and data collection to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective action.
• Design and implement innovative solutions, to reduce rework and increase efficiency.
• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of efficiency initiatives and report impact to leadership.
• Share best practices, new tools, and continuous improvement mindsets to foster a culture of efficiency throughout the engineering team.
