Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as pharmacology, biochemistry, biochemical engineering, biology, biomanufacturing or other related fields of study
  • Positive attitude with desire to learn and adapt as projects progress
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Expected to be able to present own work to peers and cross-functional managers
  • Technical writing skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of scale-able and robust processes to enable clinical and commercial GMP
  • Help execute experiments related to the development, optimization, scale-up of all steps in a monoclonal antibody and bispecific antibody process
  • Learn the techniques, theory, and application behind development and production of biological molecules
  • Assist the team with instrument calibration, buffer preparation, and system preparation
  • Assist in lab organization, cleanliness, and structure as instructed by senior team members
  • Report to project leadership on technical aspects of project
  • Provide hands-on support to team members working in our development labs
  • Support the documentation of testing procedures associated with ongoing development projects
