Job Description: Join the Process Quality (PQ) team as a Process Design Consultant in cybersecurity technology. This role focuses on strategic process design, leadership, and cross-functional influence to ensure enterprise-wide process optimization. As a senior advisor and change agent, this role will lead large-scale process improvement efforts that will reduce risk, gain efficiency, and drive impactful changes across the organization. Primary Responsibilities Align processes with business strategy and regulatory/compliance requirements. Influence strategic direction, organizational design, and cost savings. Lead improvement efforts to deliver operational efficiencies and productivity gains. Plan and facilitate process improvement workshops or transformation efforts. Drive opportunity identification and recommend major improvement areas. Customize Lean Six Sigma tools/techniques for the bank. Embody the PQ team’s vision to safeguard and strengthen the bank’s strategic advantage by systematizing a culture of continuous improvement. Infuse quality industry best practices and practical application into day-to-day business. Deliver targeted process improvements to improve user experience and streamline technology delivery.

Requirements

  • 8 years of professional experience in Process Design
  • Passion for continuous improvement, problem solving, and teaching.
  • Expertise in large-scale change management implementation.
  • Strategic leadership skills, influential and mentorship abilities.
  • Data and analytics proficiency.
  • Strong communication, relationship building and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent adaptability, creative thinking, and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to methodically bring structure to ambiguous environments.
  • Advanced Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt/Master Black Belt preferred).
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and information security.
