About The Position

Responsible for analyzing data related to Leaf Processing area processes, leading governance of statistical controls and data accuracy to ensure the reliability of performance information. Coordinate operational control applications to ensure compliance with critical performance analyses of supply, movement, and inventory management processes.

Requirements

  • University degree in Administration, Industrial Production Management, or related fields.
  • At least one year of experience in process control or within the tobacco processing industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Aptitude for ERP system management.

Nice To Haves

  • SAP knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure operational controls are applied and updated to guarantee accuracy of results, indicators, and systems (operational controls and LFPT system). Assist in creating and maintaining necessary data in systems for decision-making.
  • Perform investigations, product traceability, and production order closures. Support third party process related activities.
  • Create and analyze operational scenarios considering volumes, capacities, and business demands to avoid negative impacts and ensure process stability.
  • Guarantee consolidation of production and quality data across systems. Report system anomalies through incidents/demands, opening, tracking, and prioritizing needs.
  • Define procedures for product receipt, stock system updates, and product movement to ensure cost accuracy.
  • Analyze inventory results and propose improvements for stock control processes. Identify internal customer expectations to adjust stock levels proactively.
  • Understand health, safety, environmental, and energy aspects of work and maintain necessary controls for a safe workplace.
  • Perform activities according to risk analysis and environmental impact assessments, respecting control items and reporting new risks and waste.
