Requirements

  • 2–6 years of hands-on Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate development experience
  • Ability to translate business processes into functional, user-friendly Power Platform solutions
  • Experience creating solution documentation (process flows, configuration notes, user guides, etc.)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to analyze, problem-solve, and troubleshoot workflow behavior or logic issues
  • Exposure to Microsoft SharePoint (even at a low level)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or related fields
  • 4 years of experience equivalent to the position

Nice To Haves

  • Experience migrating workflows from Nintex or legacy SharePoint Designer
  • Familiarity with Dataverse
  • Prior experience enhancing UX within Power Apps
  • Experience supporting departmental automation or operational efficiency initiatives
  • Power Platform certifications are helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Rebuild existing Nintex and SharePoint approval forms and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Improve workflow logic, user experience, and overall performance where beneficial
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure redesigned solutions meet operational needs
  • Document each automation solution for future reuse, reference, and support
  • Assist with minor enhancements or troubleshooting of existing Power Platform solutions
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners and ensure smooth delivery across the full automation lifecycle
  • Share knowledge with teammates and help uplift Power Platform capability across the department
