About The Position

Loenbro is seeking a Process Architect to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives spanning business operations, M&A integration, and technology enablement. This role is responsible for designing, documenting, and optimizing end-to-end business processes, ensuring alignment between operational needs, systems, and data across the organization. The Process Architect partners closely with business leaders, IT, and operations to assess current-state processes, to define future-state processes and solutions enabled through technology, and drive standardization, scalability, and efficiency. This role translates strategic direction into executable process designs and plays a critical role in enabling sustainable operational change in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in process architecture, business transformation, process improvement, operations, consulting, or technology-enabled change.
  • Strong hands-on experience with process mapping, documentation, and analysis.
  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives, system implementations, or M&A integrations.
  • Ability to translate business needs into structured process designs and requirements.
  • Experience managing project initiatives, including estimating, planning, execution, and management of project activities.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Comfort working across multiple levels of the organization in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in construction, industrial services, engineering, or field services environments.
  • Background in consulting, enterprise transformation, or internal PMO roles.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, workflow tools, or enterprise architecture concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Process Architecture & Design
  • Lead current-state process assessments across core business and operational functions.
  • Document end-to-end workflows, handoffs, roles, systems, and data flows using structured process frameworks.
  • Identify process gaps, redundancies, risks, and improvement opportunities (standardization, simplification, automation).
  • Design and document future-state process architectures aligned with business strategy and technology roadmaps.
  • Establish and maintain process documentation standards, templates, and repositories.
  • Transformation & Continuous Improvement Enablement
  • Support enterprise transformation initiatives by providing process architecture inputs, impact assessments, and sequencing recommendations.
  • Develop process models to inform business cases, implementation plans, and change prioritization.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure process changes are practical, scalable, and measurable.
  • Contribute to ongoing continuous improvement efforts based on performance data and user feedback.
  • Technology, Automation & Systems Alignment
  • Partner with IT, Business Systems, and Analytics teams to ensure systems and data enable designed processes.
  • Translate process designs into business and functional requirements for technology initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for workflow automation, system integration, and reporting improvements.
  • Support application rationalization and process-to-system alignment efforts.
  • Participate in pilots and proofs of concept for automation and analytics solutions.
  • Change Management & Adoption Support
  • Identify impacted users, roles, and upstream/downstream processes for changes.
  • Support development of process-related communications, training materials, and operating procedures.
  • Act as a liaison between project teams and operational stakeholders to gather feedback and resolve issues.
  • Monitor adoption, compliance, and pain points to support sustained process effectiveness.
  • Program & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Coordinate process architecture activities across multiple initiatives and workstreams.
  • Maintain process inventories, project trackers, RAID logs, and documentation.
  • Facilitate process workshops, design sessions, and working meetings across Operations, IT, Finance, HR, and other functions.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to enable effective execution and alignment.
  • M&A Integration Support
  • Support diligence and integration planning by assessing acquired company processes and operational maturity.
  • Identify process and system gaps, integration risks, and alignment opportunities.
  • Design target-state process models to support post-merger integration and standard operating models.
  • Support maintenance of integration playbooks, process maps, trackers, and documentation.
  • Provide status updates on assigned integration process workstreams.
