About The Position

The NobelProcera Area Sales Manager (East Area) is responsible for achieving the area’s sales goals within defined timeframes and parameters. They will be directing the activities of the sale force in line with strategies and plans that are consistent with the organization’s overall mission and in line with budgeted expectations. This person is expected to prioritize/focus on top-line sales, contribute to positive selling environments, communicate and implement Nobel Biocare overall philosophy/strategy, develop key opinion leaders, and facilitate competitive conversions. Key accountabilities: Responsible in achieving a set sales quota for a geographic area Lead team members to meet their individual sales quotas Direct people responsibility Collaborate with Regional Managers, Area Directors, Marketing department and customer support. Fiscal responsibility and budget accountability Schedule includes occasional evenings and weekends based on the development needs for the territory Plan and prioritize sales utilizing funnel management Complete work, on-time and consistently. (Includes, but not limited to: sales visits, funnel management, compliance training, performance management, BEX, and Motus) Co-travel, coach, train, hire, and on-board sales representatives in region.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of results driven experience in the dental laboratory and Total Solution Provider market
  • Strong digital dentistry or restorative dentistry experience.
  • Understanding of dental manufacturing processes and CAD/CAM workflows.
