About The Position

Located in Mineral, Virginia, Cutalong at Tributer Resort spans 1,000 acres bordering Lake Anna and is poised to become a premier destination in Virginia. The development plan includes 891 residential entitlements, including estate homes and homesites, executive homesites, cottages, villas, townhomes and luxury condominium accommodations. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a golf-related environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours

Nice To Haves

Passion for golf and knowledge of golf equipment and apparel is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Greet and assist golfers and visitors with their needs, providing a high level of customer service.
Sell golf equipment, apparel, accessories, and other merchandise in the Pro Shop, ensuring an organized and inviting sales floor.
Assist with tee-time reservations, check-in golfers, and ensure accurate records are maintained for rounds played.
Assist with stocking shelves, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring that the shop is properly organized and clean.
Process transactions for tee times, golf carts, rental clubs, other equipment, and products.
Ensuring proper tracking of rentals and communication with supervisors and outside staff.
Assist with organizing and managing golf tournaments and events, including checking in participants, assisting with scoring, and providing event materials.
Accurately process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit card payments, and receipts.
Maintain knowledge of golf products, services, and promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Work closely with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and assist with other duties assigned by the Professional Golf Staff as needed.
