The range listed reflects the entire range and typical placement is entry to mid range. Pay Rate - $16.00/hr Position Purpose Provides exceptional customer service in the Pro Shop, over the phone, and during golf-related activities in support of the Golf Pro and Course Manager. Ensures guest requests and feedback are communicated professionally and addressed in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Must be able to operate a motor vehicle.
  • A valid Colorado driver’s license and acceptable driving record is required.
  • Must be 18 years or older.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of golf merchandise.
  • Related Retail and customer service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Operates cash register and processes sales transactions accurately.
  • Assists customers with retail purchases, providing product information and recommendations.
  • Maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming Pro Shop environment.
  • Answers incoming calls and directs inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
  • Communicates with customers in a friendly, professional, and responsive manner.
  • Oversees and supports cart, range, starter, and marshal staff; assists in various areas as directed by the supervisor.
  • Frequently operates a personal or City-owned motor vehicle to drive to and from work locations throughout the City.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Benefits

  • Temporary, Variable Hour and Health Plan Eligible employees will earn 1 hour of sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum cap of 48 hours.
