Check in golfers, ring in group outings, sell merchandise and assist other shop staff. Monitor, fill out, and process membership paperwork. Handle cash, make change and sell gift certificates. Answer phone inquiries and take tee time reservations. Monitor guests and staff in and around work areas to help prevent injuries and to ensure site safety. Support with daily golf operations as directed by Manager/Director. Attend resort and department meetings, workshops, in service training, etc… for the purpose of gathering information required to perform job functions. Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company associates to foster and promote a positive working environment. Display a calm and attentive approach in solving problems and handling difficult situation, collecting information and sincerely helping to resolve them. Determine, communicate, and monitor personal and department achievements and performance standards on a daily basis.
