Bosch Power Tools North America is seeking a highly collaborative and commercially savvy Pro Channel Manager to support the growth and execution of strategic initiatives within assigned distribution channels. This role acts as a critical bridge between the sales team and channel strategy, ensuring that our distributors and field teams have the tools, programs, and support they need to drive Bosch’s success in the professional market. Reporting to the Channel Management Lead, this role focuses on enabling the sales organization by supporting promotions, product launches, pricing alignment, training initiatives, and distributor-facing activities. While the primary customer relationship is owned by the sales team, this role will engage directly with distributor partners on strategic projects and executional needs. This is an ideal role for someone who understands the dynamics of the PRO channel, excels in cross-functional collaboration, and enjoys building structured processes that improve performance in the field.
