This role will be responsible for defining and leading Pro channel strategy and go-to-market vision, orchestrating partner-centric initiatives that accelerate adoption, align incentives and unlock profitable growth across the professional ecosystem. Requires 10+ years in Sales Leadership, Strategic Planning, Marketing and/or Channel Management with focus in the professional distribution, dealer and installer channel; which should include both and 5+years experience with consumer or commercial durable goods manufacturers and/or distributors; 5+ years as a people manager; experience working in a matrix organization leading direct and indirect teams towards common goals and initiatives and a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
