About The Position

Outpost24 is hiring a Channel Manager to join our growing team in North America!
We’re looking for a results-driven Channel Manager, North America to build, grow, and enable our partner ecosystem across the region. This role focuses on driving partner-led revenue through VARs, MSPs, Distributors and Microsoft-focused partners delivering solutions such as Multi-Factor Authentication for Windows logon, RDP and VPN, Active Directory password security and policy enforcement, self-service password reset, and device posture and device trust for Zero Trust access.

Requirements

• 5+ years in channel or partner sales in cybersecurity
• Strong background in Active Directory security, authentication, or Microsoft security ecosystems
• Experience working with MSPs, VARs, and MSSPs
• Exceptional written and verbal English
• This position requires full permanent working rights in the United States, as Outpost24 does not sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and enable new channel partners across North America
• Strengthen and grow relationships with existing partners to maximize revenue
• Drive partner engagement through training, joint business planning, and co‑selling
• Execute channel strategies that increase market penetration and solution adoption
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to support partner success
• Track partner performance and deliver accurate forecasts and reporting
• Represent Outpost24 at partner events, conferences, and industry forums
