Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing
- Strong clinical skills and sound judgment
- Ability to jump in and adapt quickly to different shifts and situations
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- A compassionate, resident-first mindset
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to our residents
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Assess residents and respond quickly to changes in condition
- Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, physicians, and the care team
- Document care like a pro
- Be a calm, confident presence for residents, families, and staff
