About The Position

This position is for a PRN (as needed) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who will be a vital part of the care team, providing compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents. Key responsibilities include administering medications and treatments safely and accurately, assessing residents and responding quickly to changes in their condition, and collaborating effectively with CNAs, RNs, physicians, and the broader care team. The LPN is also responsible for thorough documentation of care. The role requires a calm and confident presence for residents, families, and staff. Requirements

• Active LPN license in good standing
• Strong clinical skills and sound judgment
