Requirements

  • HHA Certificate (40+ hours) or CNA license preferred.
  • CPR certification (in-house classes available if needed).
  • Minimum of six (6) months of healthcare or home health experience preferred - free training available for new caregivers.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. and communicate effectively in English.
  • Valid Florida Driver License, proof of auto insurance, and ability to travel within the service area.
  • PRN Commitment: 48 hours per month and at least two weekend shifts per month.
  • No experience? No problem!

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with daily living activities in patients' homes.
  • Support clients' comfort, dignity, and independence through individualized care.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated service.
  • Observe and report changes in patient condition to clinical staff.
  • Travel within the assigned service area to deliver care as scheduled.
