Position Summary: Home Health Aides (HHA) provide essential support to individuals in their homes, assisting with personal care tasks such as but not limited to bathing, dressing, medication reminders as well as providing companionship to ensure clients' comfort and well-being. Here are just a few things that set us apart from others: Supportive Case Managers: Work alongside supportive and knowledgeable Registered Nurses Your time matters: We minimize your drive time by providing a territory radius of 5-10 miles, dependant upon location We value life/work balance: Flexible scheduling and autonomy managing your own hours Committed to your success: You will undergo an individualized, structured and ongoing training program to develop your skills allowing you to provide industry leading patient care Communicate with ease: Industry leading and easy to use documentation and technology solutions help to streamline communication Compensation: We offer a competitive per-visit pay rate of $45–$50, aligned with industry-leading compensation standards. Additional benefits include: Mileage reimbursement Paid parking and bridge tolls Compensation is based on several factors, including experience, knowledge, skills, location, internal equity, and current market data

Requirements

  • Current Home Health Aide Certification
  • Current AHA CPR certification
  • Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities
