You are excited to direct outbound selling activity in your geographic territory, and work with a broad swath of private companies from all industries. You are organized, a self-starter, and capable of leveraging Nasdaq's extensive resources to lead your Opportunities to closure - you have experience working with BDRs. You are exceptionally focused on the success of your clients and have deep relationships. Business Unit The Corporate Platforms business unit is committed to delivering the premier capital markets and governance solutions across a company's lifecycle to drive their valuation and elevate their global brand. You will represent our market-leading Corporate Governance solutions, which have seen exciting growth and are at the core of how we help private companies in a competitive market. Your role and responsibilities As Private Account Executive, you are responsible for driving new sales in this assigned geographic territory. You will represent our Corporate Governance solution portfolio, including SaaS & Advisory solutions, and get the opportunity to work with some of the most exciting and innovative private organizations. You are comfortable adding value to C-level executives and Governance teams. This is a quota-carrying role and you will work within a broader team (Relationship Managers, SMEs, CSMs, BDRs) to surface, contract and close business. The base pay range for this role is $88,000 - $154,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands. Requirements

  • 3+ year track record of exceeding quota selling strategic B2B solutions such as SaaS and Advisory/Consulting
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute prospecting and sales engagement plans
  • Proven track record of building satisfied, loyal and referenceable executive clients (CFO, Corporate Secretary , General Counsel)
  • Proven success working within a matrixed organization and establishing strong relationships across all functions
  • Strong operational and analytical abilities, and the ability to drive change in clients to anticipate trends
  • Strong business acumen
