Who you are: As a Private Account Administrator II with Frost, it’s all about building relationships. You will be responsible for administering a portfolio of trust accounts and investment agencies, ensuring that each account operates effectively. You know the importance of being there for your customers and fully understanding their needs. Most importantly, this role is about building trust through every interaction and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind. What you’ll do: Review and administer a portfolio of trust accounts in accordance with the governing documents Manage customer relationships by fully understanding their needs and delivering an excellent experience Profile clients and establish goals, objectives, and risk parameters Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations and internal policies Always take action with Integrity, Caring and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3+ years of trust administration experience, or a Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Demonstrated ability to administer complex fiduciary accounts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications

Nice To Haves

  • CTFA, CFP, or similar professional designation
