The Private Wealth Administrator provides high-level administrative, sales execution, and client development support to the Head of Private Wealth Strategies. This role serves as the operational and coordination backbone for a rapidly growing private wealth consulting platform, supporting advisor engagement, complex sales cycles, and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) client planning deliverables. Blending executive support with internal sales coordination, this role ensures a seamless experience for advisors, referral partners, and prospective clients—from initial engagement through onboarding—while supporting strategic initiatives, partner relationships, and sophisticated wealth planning solutions.
