Requirements

An understanding of, or willingness to learn Screen Print processes.
Good verbal communication skills.
The ability to lift up to 40 lbs., walk, bend regularly and be on your feet all shift.
Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment
Quality-minded
Flexibility of schedule and the ability to work overtime daily as needed.
A willingness to embrace change and learn new skills.

Responsibilities

Operating a printing press for Plastisol Ink products
Set-up, teardown between jobs
Prioritizing and completing work based on shipping schedule
Quality checks
Communicating needs/suggestions/concerns to Floor Supervisor
Assisting in other areas when the business requires
Other duties as assigned
