The Print Production Technician II supports all aspects of the in-house Print Shop, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services to the bank and its customers. Responsibilities include coordinating print jobs, using design software for layouts, managing outsourced projects, operating equipment, and maintaining accurate records. The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and strict adherence to confidentiality and HIPAA standards. What You’ll Do: Screen incoming print jobs via DSF or Marketing channels and ensure proper setup for production. Maintain DSF products, media, templates, and Association URL sites. Use design software (e.g., PrintShopMail) for mailers, layouts, and imposition. Document job specifications and integrate jobs into the production schedule to meet deadlines. Provide quotes for in-house services or coordinate outsourcing with local printers. Operate print shop equipment to produce and bind various jobs, including transactional print (e.g., payroll, escrow, notices). Monitor and maintain inventory of paper, envelopes, toner, and supplies; assist with equipment service calls. Perform quality control checks on all jobs prior to delivery. Maintain Print Reconciliation System, update DSF records, and assist with invoicing and expense reporting. Support other department areas and special projects as needed.
