Who we’re looking for: We are seeking a skilled Print Production Operator to join our Concord, CA team. The ideal candidate will have experience in printing large and small format and be proficient in utilizing multiple printers, specifically HP Pagewide, Xerox, and Oce printers. As a Print Production Operator, you will be responsible for receiving orders, processing print work, and assisting with overseeing the production process to ensure the highest quality output. Work Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Printer Operator to join our Print Production team. As a Printer Operator, you will play a vital role in receiving, processing, and fulfilling orders for large and small format printing services, and packaging. Your expertise in operating various printing equipment and machinery will ensure that print jobs are executed with precision and meet the exact standards set by our customers. Attention to detail, adherence to instructions, and commitment to quality will be essential in this role.

Requirements

  • AA degree or advanced technical training in the graphics field, BA/BS preferred.
  • 2+ years' experience in color reprographics field using graphic applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience and working knowledge of HP Pagewide, Oce VarioPrint, and Xerox V28 is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Receive, process, and prioritize orders for small and wide format printers.
  • This role will also have an opportunity between various tasks.
  • Study production schedule and estimate hour requirements for job assignments.
  • Troubleshoot and address problems during job submission or printing process.
  • Inspect finished work for quality assurance and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Maintain equipment and perform minor maintenance functions as needed.
  • Assist where needed, including customer service and packaging for shipment.
