Find out more at www.e-arc.com . Pay range: $20 - $22/hr Who we're looking for: ARC Document Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Print Production Operator. The ideal candidate will handle orders for large and small-format Printing and scanning services, bindery, and shipping. Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed client expectations by producing and delivering high-quality products with a positive attitude.

Requirements

  • Experience: experience with various printers, scanners and finishing equipment in a professional environment would be preferred. However, training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Outlook and Windows products.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Communication: Strong ability to understand and clearly communicate job-related information.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Adobe products would be a benefit.

Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Receive and process orders for production.
  • Prioritize tasks based on customer needs, workload, and machine capabilities.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain printing, scanning, mounting, laminating, and finishing equipment.
  • Utilize equipment to complete jobs according to customer specifications, ensuring all details, such as sizes, quantities, job names, and purchase orders, are accurately documented.
  • Job Execution: Follow detailed written and verbal instructions to ensure high-quality output.
  • Handle files received via email, delivery, walk-ins, and other methods.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and quality check finished work to maintain high standards.
  • Production Scheduling: Work from the production schedule to estimate time requirements and adjust work procedures to meet deadlines.
  • File Management: Document scanning and file indexing, following standard operating procedures.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the Production Manager.
  • Overtime may be required.
