The Role: JCDecaux is currently seeking a Print Production Intern to support our Vice President of Print Production and the overall Print Production team. This person will be responsible for managing end‑to-end tracking and communication for street furniture and airport campaigns, including ETAs, approvals, shipping, and installation details from multiple vendors, while keeping internal logs and stakeholders updated throughout the process. They will also coordinate environmental data requests, standard contract creation, and file management. This is a part-time internship role based in our New York office.
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize urgent requests
- Proficient in Excel, Google Docs and Outlook
- Basic skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, & Illustrator)
Nice To Haves
- Basic skills in Monday.com is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update project tracking systems (Monday.com) to ensure accurate, real-time status visibility across all print initiatives for both Street Furniture and Airports
- Monitor project timelines and flag delays, risks, or inconsistencies to the team
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather updates and ensure alignment on deliverables
- Support day-to-day workflow management for print production projects
- Track deliverables across multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met
- Assist in organizing and maintaining detailed project logs and documentation
- Communicate project updates clearly and consistently to internal and external teams
- Follow up with team members and vendors to ensure tasks are completed on schedule
- Support quality control by checking and trafficking art, verifying project details and managing tracking changes/updates
- Assist operational and administrative tasks related to print production including data input for contracts, pricing and specification sheets
- Request and input all environmental data from various vendors for EHS Directors reports
