Print Operator � High Volume - 1st Shift
About The Position
The Print Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring a high-volume Xerox printing environment supporting industries such as banking, mutual funds, transportation, and healthcare. This role works closely with scheduling and operations teams to meet strict client SLAs and supports peak production cycles including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processing. Requirements
- Ability to handle multiple printers in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills
- Dependable, reliable, and able to meet strict attendance requirements

- Experience working with FLEX and OOM preferred
Responsibilities
- Operate multiple high-volume printers simultaneously in a production environment
- Run and monitor Xerox fleet equipment including Nuvera 288, Nuvera 157, Versant, Baltoro inkjet, 1300 c/f lines, and Trivor inkjet systems
- Process transaction statements, checks, and regulated client documents
- Work closely with scheduling and operations teams to meet production deadlines and SLAs
- Monitor equipment continuously to ensure optimal performance and output quality
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine quality checks
- Identify, troubleshoot, and report equipment malfunctions promptly
- Document and communicate all operational issues to leads or management
- Complete all required production and quality documentation accurately
- Review printed materials to ensure quality and compliance standards are met
- Understand support staff roles to obtain timely assistance when needed
- Follow all SOPs, safety requirements, and operational guidelines
