Requirements
- Recruiters who have hired outside sales, commission-based, or door-to-door reps
- People who thrive in fast-paced, high-attrition environments
- Self-starters who don’t need structure to perform
- Individuals comfortable hiring based on hunger, drive, and presence—not perfect resumes
Responsibilities
- Recruiting outside sales reps who sell directly to hair salons
- Sourcing candidates daily through job boards, social media, referrals, and cold outreach
- Screening and moving candidates quickly into onboarding and training
