About The Position

High‑Volume Manufacturing Process Operator Help us deliver quality at scale. You’ll operate and care for complex equipment to meet customer requirements for quality, cost, and on-time delivery—while upholding rigorous food safety and environmental standards. Your impact Own safety every day: follow policies, wear PPE, complete vehicle checks, and report incidents/near misses. Maintain a clean, organized workspace through daily 5S and housekeeping. Execute to specification: set up and run equipment per standards; monitor continuously and adjust to prevent stoppages and reduce waste. Guard quality: follow the positive release program; inspect product using measuring/inspection devices; act on defects and record results. Document with precision: complete charts, summarize rework/scrap, and enter data in the quality database. Operate multiple machines concurrently while maintaining OEE targets. Work with and around robotics and highly automated systems. Drive improvement: recommend process enhancements and support CI teams to eliminate waste and reduce cost. Strengthen processes: contribute to SOPs/work instructions; perform and record daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks. Support trials (SMA’s), equipment installations, overhauls, and upgrades. Provide break relief and operate a forklift when needed. Fulfill additional assignments as required. Compliance framework Operate in accordance with BRC Food Safety Policy, GMPs, HACCP principles, ISO 14001, and OSHA rules.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Mechanical aptitude; strong troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Effective written and verbal communication; solid teamwork and organization.
  • Detail focus and flexibility to adapt to changing initiatives.
  • Basic computer/math skills to interpret drawings/specifications and report line performance.
  • Working knowledge of measuring devices.
  • Ability to work 8- or 12-hour schedules on day or off-shifts, plus weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years’ experience in high-volume manufacturing (preferred).
