About The Position

Print Center Lead Operator Field Representative II, MS Onsite Technical Support Position Profile This role supports high-end equipment (Segment 5+) and may include: Press operation Copier operation Bindery and fulfillment Quality control and final check Pickup and delivery Facility maintenance Mailroom duties Reports directly to the Regional Print Program Manager.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 3 years of related experience (5 years preferred)
Excellent customer service
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Proficient in using, calibrating, and troubleshooting office and technical equipment

Responsibilities

Adheres to Ricoh Service Excellence performance standards
Manages copy/mail center services, conference rooms, AV systems, and copier fleet
Prepares, inspects, compiles, and assembles projects accurately and promptly
Maintains high productivity while ensuring error-free output
Meets facility productivity standards
Keeps reporting tools up to date
Calibrates equipment to match original color and quality
Transfers files electronically to color equipment
Operates duplication equipment to produce perfect work
Performs multiple functions simultaneously to optimize print performance
Troubleshoots hardware/software issues
Resolves basic machine problems (jams, toner, oil) and reports failures
Maintains professional appearance and clean workspace
Orders and manages inventory of equipment parts
Meets attendance standards and works scheduled hours/overtime
Organizes jobs by validating instructions and preparing supplies
Conducts diagnostics, installations, removals, and retrofits on complex office products
Demonstrates digital competencies for assigned products
Repairs or replaces equipment components
Completes technical training on new equipment
Performs other duties as assigned
