Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in technical recruiting, with at least 3 years in Product Management and Design.
  • Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting and executing complex sourcing strategies for high-bar roles.
  • Experience assessing candidates for first principles reasoning and 0-to-1 product development.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to consult effectively with senior leadership.
  • Strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity regarding technology and market dynamics.
  • Meticulous approach emphasizing precision, quality control, and data integrity throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Strategic Partner: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior Product leadership, providing data-backed insights on the talent market.
  • Deep Business Acumen: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the product portfolio and effectively screen specialized candidates.
  • Calibration & Communication: Lead intake meetings and regular calibration sessions to ensure alignment on required skills.
  • High-Bar Assessments: Conduct in-depth screenings assessing candidates for precision and quality of thought.
  • 0-to-1 Thinking: Evaluate candidates’ ability to conceptualize, validate, and launch new products.
  • Interview Process Design: Partner with hiring managers to refine a structured assessment process.
  • Process Ownership: Maintain precision and integrity in all recruiting activities, from ATS management to closing offers.
