Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join the Alexa+ Enterprise Business Development team as a Principal, Tech Business Development Manager, focused on hospitality, senior living, and healthcare. This is a unique opportunity to build innovative partnerships with leading brands across dynamic, customer-centric market segments. As a Principal Business Development manager, you will be responsible for generating, managing, and executing complex, high-impact partnerships in the Alexa+ Enterprise business. This critical role will be highly visible across senior leaders in the Devices and Services organization. You will work collaboratively with internal management teams across product, engineering, legal, finance, and marketing to drive alignment among diverse stakeholders, negotiate business and technical terms, and ensure successful execution of the partnership requirements and expectations. You dive deep to understand partner objectives, drive technical analysis to inform roadmap prioritization, and deliver concise, actionable partner feedback to enable executive decision-making. The Principal Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying strategic partners for both integrations that support new Alexa+ use cases and direct enterprise customers who implement Alexa+ directly for their customers and staff. Working alongside internal stakeholders and executive leadership, you will own the delivery of these critical partnerships to accelerate the growth of the Alexa+ Enterprise business.
