As we continue to grow, we are excited to add a Principal Talent Access Partner to our North America team. This role will be based out of our Needham, MA Headquarters, via a hybrid schedule (2-3 days onsite). As part of the Talent Access Team, the Principal Talent Access Partner will be a business partner to hiring managers and business leaders to assess talent and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The Talent Access team is client-facing and dedicated to all SharkNinja business units. As a member of this team, the Principal Talent Access Partner will define and execute sourcing strategies necessary to build a qualified and diverse candidate pool. While partnering with the hiring manager to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, the Principal Talent Access Partner will represent SharkNinja to access, assess, and hire qualified candidates. All Talent Access Partners will raise up attractiveness issues to the Talent Access Leadership Team to ensure quality hiring based upon our Success Drivers and Leadership Principles. In addition to daily recruitment efforts, the Principal Talent Access Partner represents People & Culture on various committees and workgroups responsible for decisions on recruitment tools and strategies that impact the system. S/he recommends decisions/changes on recruitment resources and strategy. The Principal Talent Access Partner serves as the point of contact for managers and candidates throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate must be able to partner with hiring managers, and other members of the hiring team, to develop effective and efficient recruitment strategies.
