Your Team, Your Impact We’re seeking a candidate with strong problem solving and analytical skills to join the Supply Chain Planning group. You’ll collaborate with global cross-functional teams of Business Operations, IT, Marketing, Engineering, Finance and Suppliers to support corporate revenue goals and manage on-time delivery expectations by ensuring optimal supply. At Marvell, every single chip that we design, put into production, and eventually ship has a team that includes a supply chain planner. You’ll be managing the outside vendors for that chip project including the foundry, assembly, testing, warehousing, and others. You’ll be coordinating the instructions we provide them, scheduling materials, and making sure dates are met. At Marvell, you’ll also be working closely with your internal chip design team and doing some aspects of project management with them as well. Unlike at some other companies, this role comprises external vendor management and internal project management. What You Can Expect The Principal Supply Chain Business Analyst reports within the Supply Chain Planning team. The individual in this role will be responsible for driving cross‑functional alignment and leading business process re-engineering initiatives. This role owns the creation and maintenance of the Kinaxis supply planning models The individual will develop capacity and inventory models that reflect Marvell’s business requirements and modify the models as situations change over time. This individual will be responsible for creating, vetting, and publishing standard and ad hoc reports and what-if scenarios to support business decisions. This role collaborates closely with IT, Demand Planning, Finance, and other stakeholders to build capacity‑constrained supply models that enable effective planning across the organization.

Requirements

  • Advanced Planning System implementation or power-user experience.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor planning (co-products, MPWs, postponement, BOMs, and workflows).
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivots, lookups, queries, string manipulation).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Arts or related fields and 10-15 years of related professional experience.
  • Master’s degree and/or PhD in Business, Science, Arts or related fields with 5-10 years of experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Kinaxis implementation or management experience
  • Strong knowledge of Cost Accounting and Statistics
  • Semiconductor Master Planning experience
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, IT or related fields
