About The Position

Contract Growth Strategy - Driving ARR growth and increasing Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) by maximizing the potential of customer's renewal event. Collaborate with clients to understand needs, negotiate terms, and maximize value. Renewal Target Achievement - Meeting or exceeding perpetual and subscription renewal targets both quarterly and annually. Ability to identify and communicate risk to ensure stable forecasting. Skillfully negotiate win-win situations to ensure long term customer commitments.

Requirements

  • Experience with software sales and/or renewals
  • Experience with Salesforce processes and sales hygiene best practices
  • Relationship management experience
  • Detail oriented
  • 3-5 years customer-facing experience
  • Proactive, self-motivated and takes ownership for problem resolution
  • Must be results and customer oriented
  • Ability to motivate cross-functional team members to achieve goals and objectives
  • Relationship management experience preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
