This position requires very close work and alignment with key Executives and serves as the principal resource to align the Key Executive and their staff, cross-functional teams, external partners, and vendors to insure the successful achievement of the Executives key organizational priorities. The Principal, Strategic Programs is responsible and accountable for achieving successful outcomes with key strategic and tactical organizational work and programs working cross functionally and with external partners and vendors as needed. This position develops and applies advanced concepts, techniques, principles, theories, and standards and is viewed as an expert within the organization. In addition, this position works as a proxy for Executive Leadership and is empowered to make necessary decisions for the organization as well as direct and influence the work of others. The Principal, Strategic Programs works on and develops solutions to problems of high complexity which require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, experience, and innovation. This position must bring a clear sense of urgency and demonstrate a proven track record of tracking and driving successful systems, processes, work product and outcomes across the organization.
