Jobs at Pacific Gas And Electric CompanyOakland, CA
3d$140,000 - $238,000Hybrid

About The Position

The E&D team was recently created by bringing together PG&E’s Clean Energy Transportation and Building Electrification and Efficiency Programs teams. Each team has or is developing long term electrification goals – including a goal to connect 3 million electric vehicles (EV) to the grid by 2030, enabling at least 550MW of flexible load from vehicle-grid-integration (VGI) applications, and electrifying millions of appliances. Our goal is to develop comprehensive electrification goals and strategies and create organizational efficiencies and alignment to drive one consistent electrification customer experience. The Principal Strategic Analyst will split their time (1) setting up and executing controls to run the business consistently across the organization and (2) leading cross-functional strategic initiatives to align and advance PG&E’s electrification and decarbonization strategy in alignment with the broader Strategy and Innovation (S&I) team’s strategies (e.g., Load Management, Innovation and Partnerships). This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The work location is Oakland, CA. PG&E is providing the full salary/pay range for this position. The actual amount paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The range to reasonably expect will be around the minimum to the midpoint of the range. The final decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to the factors above. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.
