Role Summary As a Principal Strategic Account Executive, you are a senior revenue leader and trusted advisor driving Unqork’s AI-first, no-code platform across the Americas. You are responsible for securing and expanding the company’s most strategic enterprise relationships, landing transformative net-new logos and scaling multi-year, multi-product partnerships. Operating with executive presence and autonomy, you leverage the MEDDPICC framework to navigate highly complex, multi-threaded buying environments, influence C-suite stakeholders, and position Unqork as a long-term strategic modernization partner.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets in complex, enterprise software environments.
  • Demonstrated success closing large, strategic, multi-million-dollar, multi-year enterprise agreements.
  • Proven ability to influence and sell at the C-suite and board-adjacent level within Fortune 1000 or similarly complex organizations.
  • Deep experience navigating multi-threaded, consensus-driven buying cycles across regulated or transformation-intensive industries.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to frame AI-native, no-code, or workflow platforms as enterprise-wide transformation enablers.
  • Experience leading partner-influenced enterprise sales motions, particularly within GSI and SI ecosystems.
  • Mastery of MEDDPICC and a reputation for rigorous forecasting, deal qualification, and sales process leadership.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term revenue attainment with long-term account growth and expansion planning.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of the region’s most strategic enterprise accounts, driving significant net-new ACV and multi-year expansion revenue.
  • Lead complex, enterprise-wide GTM motions from executive alignment through negotiation and close, consistently exceeding annual revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute multi-year account strategies that align Unqork’s platform to enterprise transformation roadmaps and board-level priorities.
  • Build deep executive relationships across business and technology stakeholders, positioning Unqork as a mission-critical modernization platform.
  • Orchestrate internal and external resources — including Value Engineering, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and executive leadership — to shape large, strategic deals.
  • Drive partner-led and partner-influenced revenue through GSIs and SIs, proactively shaping joint account plans and co-sell strategies.
  • Elevate deal rigor by modeling best-in-class MEDDPICC discipline, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline strategy.
  • Serve as a thought leader within the sales organization, mentoring peers and contributing to strategic GTM initiatives across the Americas.
