About The Position

Step into a high-impact role at Collins Aerospace where your work directly supports the delivery of advanced aerospace and defense technologies. As a Principal Specialist, Subcontracts Program Management within the Mission Systems business, you will play a key role in shaping and executing subcontract strategies that power mission-critical programs. From early pursuit and proposal phases through development, production, and long-term sustainment, you’ll collaborate across Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and supplier teams to help ensure successful program outcomes. This is an opportunity to be at the center of complex, fast-moving programs—contributing to solutions that support national security and next-generation capabilities. In this individual contributor role, you will help drive subcontract execution by supporting planning activities, assisting with supplier negotiations, and monitoring cost, schedule, and performance across programs with meaningful subcontract content.
