Just look up. Are you ready to go beyond? Pratt and Whitney has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Principal Specialist, FP&A - MCE, Commercial Spares to join our team. This is an onsite role based out of our East Hartford, Connecticut campus location. What You Will Do: Commercial Engines Aftermarket Finance is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic principal specialist to support and enhance our pricing operations. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining spare parts pricing, assisting Customer Account Managers to promote customer satisfaction, driving strategic pricing initiatives, performing data analysis, and assisting in the publication of the annual price catalog. Additional responsibilities may include managing customer-specific pricing based on contract terms to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives. This role is part of a cross-functional team directly supporting Aftermarket Pricing Strategy & Customer Solutions in a multi-billion dollar business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance; OR an advanced degree in accounting or finance and 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to program requirements.
